There is so much to consider when you are looking to buy a property and here is the Moving Experience checklist to help you through the process.

  1. It’s always best to seek expert advice first

We offer an holistic view that will enable you to compare lenders, access hundreds of products including exclusives (not available directly). We can make life as easy as possible, guiding you through the entire process, from initial enquiry to picking up the keys to your new home.

  2. Remember ‘the process’ does not just include applying for a mortgage

Its also important to think about other costs of moving; survey costs, legal fees, taxes and estate agent costs.

  3. Don’t just think about what you could do, think about what you should do

Consider what would be comfortable and affordable for both monthly payments and deposits – it’s important to understand this from the outset, and to set a realistic budget. We can work together to achieve this.

  4. Have the relevant paperwork ready to go

Have your salary slips, accounts, bank statements, proof of deposit to hand so that we can make the process as straight forward as possible.

  5. Don’t be daunted, be excited!

We can help take some (if not all) of the pain away, so all you need to think about is which removal company you are going to use and what colour the kitchen should be!
